There are only two boats from every national federation permitted to start in the World Cup. Applications of further participants must be approved by the Czech Canoe Union. These boats will start from the second line after World Cup’s categories.

accompaning program:

  • The Municipal Gallery – Art Club – the exhibiton of present Czech renowned artists
  • The Municipal Museum – permanent exhibition of the Czech rafting, exhibition of history of Vltava-Tyn’s canoeing
  • Hluboka nad Vltavou – an original gothic castle from the 13th century has been rebuilt into renaissance and later baroc style. The castle dominates to the identically called picturesque town. The original castle stable host magnificient collections of the South-Bohemian Gallery. An extensive park and preserve surround the castle, nevertheless, the most impressive scene occur to visitors during the night when the castle is lit by outdoor lights.
  • Ceske Budejovice – the metropolis of the South Bohemia welcome visitors with its friendly atmosphere of a peaceful south-bohemian town. Abreast of the time, the town slowly changes its appearance into the center of business, industry, science and sport. A historical core of the town, a monumental square-shaped Square of the King Premysl Otakar II., is the place where gothic, renaissance, baroc or classic styles meet. Thanks to its undoubted historical values the square has been declared an urban preservation area.

  • Cesky Krumlov – an architectonical pearl of the South Bohemia is mainly known for its open-air revolving theatre and a historical core of the town with a gothic castle. Thanks to its historical values the town has also been declared an urban preservation area. What’s more, the area is involved among historical monuments preserved by UNESCO.
